College Career at Kentucky

In 2014, Towns committed to play college basketball for the University of Kentucky. As a freshman, he made an immediate impact, averaging 10.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. In the NCAA Tournament, Towns led the Wildcats to the championship game, where they lost to the Duke Blue Devils.
